User License Management

In Frontline, each active user requires a license to access the application. The number of users that can be added depends on the number of licenses your team has purchased. When an administrator tries to create or activate a user while exceeding the current license count, they will receive an alert preventing them.

If the team receives this alert, we recommend reviewing the active users. There are likely team members who could be inactivated, freeing up active licenses. To learn more about the reviewing active users, see the Active User Report Article.
