About Class Resources

A resource is any physical item that you need to conduct a class.

About Class Resources

A new class resource can be added at division level or company level by an LMS administrator. 

Once you have added a resource, it can be scheduled for a class. Frontline will manage the resource by reporting availability and conflicts.

Examples: class resources are training facilities such as classrooms, audio-visual equipment such as projectors, any equipment needed for hands-on training such as fire extinguishers, respiratory masks or SCBA.

How to create a Class Resource

  1. Select Settings > Resources
  2. Select New on the toolbar.
  3. Enter the Resource Name and select the Resource Type from the drop-down box.
  4. Select Save.

If you are creating a resource at company level for a division, select the division from the drop-down box. If _none_ is selected, the resource is available in the entire company.
