How to update your profile picture
When a Contractor is first invited to CSM, they will upload their photo which their Contractor Administrator will approve or disapprove.
After the user is created, if a need arises where a Contractor needs to change their photo, a Contractor Administrator can allow them to manage their own profile pictures. They can do this by changing the photo approval workflow under settings to "User Upload". Once that setting is changed, Contractors to log into the CSM portal and submit a new photo for approval.
How to update your profile picture:
- Select your username in the top right
- In the drop down select Profile Information
- On the right side select or drop photos into the box Choose an image file or drag it here
- Select Save Changes
The Contractor Administrator will then receive a task on their desktop to approve of the photo
