Action Item State

The action item state field allows you to place an additional identifier for all of your actions, similar to a label, that can be filtered and reported on.

Below are the guidelines for Action Item State

  • The ACT Power user permission must be granted in order to create or modify this customizable ACT setting.
  • The Action Item State field acts as a label than can be placed on your action items based on the category you have selected for your action item. 
  • Associating a category is optional.
    • If you do not associate a category, be leaving the category field as "None", then the action item state will be available regardless of which category is selected on the action item itself.

How to create an Action Item State:

  1. Navigate to ACT > Settings > Action Item States
  2. Click New
  3. Enter Title
  4. Enter Description, if desired
  5. Select the desired Category from the drop down
  6. Select Save
