  • Enables users to view, and work in, Events and Action Items while not connected to the internet in the mobile app.

• Add Supervisor Functionality for Restrict Test Access OTP Feature
  • The Restrict Test Access feature now has a One-Time Password to allow access to the Test once updated to accept verification from the user's Supervisor.
• Optional Training Will Show on Users' Desktop Again
  • Based on feedback from multiple clients, we have chosen to revert a recent change to now continue to show Optional training on users' desktops, regardless of a record or a due date.
• Performance Issues Saving in the Curriculum Tab in People Information

  • Investigated an issue where updating a Training Item's Title was causing a timeout and completed ticket to archive old data to resolve it.
• Enforced Skillset Not Assigning Correct Year
  • Investigated and implemented new back-end processes to prevent an issue where completed training records being written for recurring and enforced training were assigning a Due Date 1 year later than the expected Due Date.
  • Incorrect Due Dates caused by this issue were also updated.
• Start Time is Not Displayed in the Dates Tab for Classes
  • The Start Date on the Dates tab for Classes has been updated to now display the date and time.
• LMS Training Email Reminders Not Sending
  • Corrected an issue where Training Email Reminders created with every weekday checked would skip one or more days to the next Monday's date.

Enhancements

Learning Management System (LMS)

• The expiration time for new user or updated email account confirmation links has been extended from 24 hours to 48 hours.
  • This change provides users with more flexibility to confirm their accounts, reducing the likelihood of expired links and minimizing the need for resending confirmation emails. 
• When "Allow Test Out" is unchecked, users are now required to open the external content or document before they can access the Test.
  
  • This ensures that users engage with all required training materials before attempting the test, promoting better understanding and retention of information.
  • The update also now supports DOC Training Items with SharePoint URLs.
• For clients utilizing Single Sign-On (SSO), administrators can now authorize users to access Tests when "Restrict Test Access" is enabled by sending a one-time password (OTP).

Action Item Tracking (ACT)

• An optional "Work Order" field has been added to Event Details. This is an open-text field where users can input specific work order numbers or details directly into events.
• A new "View Source" button has been added to the Details tab of In Process Action Items. This feature allows ACT Administrators to quickly access the source details of Action Items created from MOCs, Events, or other Action Items.
  • When selected, the MOC or Event Summary will be displayed or the Action Item History for Sub-Action Items.

Bug Fixes

Learning Management System (LMS)

• LMS now prevents users from entering '0' as the retest period in Learning Management System (LMS) training items.
  • When users attempt to set the retest period to zero, the system now displays an error message: "Retest Period must be a positive number."

Management of Change (MOC)

• Forms used in an Implementation Requirement were missing radio buttons when previewed within an MOC.
• The MOC stage field under attachments was not displaying correctly.
• Disapproving an MOC in the pre-approval stage incorrectly indicated in the audit log that the MOC was voided.

Action Item Tracking (ACT)

• Addressed a server error that occurred when adding an "Additional Form" from the View Event Summary page.
• Entering a space in the Work Order field of a completed Event resulted in a server error.
• The Work Order number was not displayed when an Event was resubmitted after being voided.
• Text containing special characters in the Work Order field was not displayed correctly on the View Summary page.

Management of Change (MOC) & Action Item Tracking (ACT)

• Filters for the "Stage" report field—other than "Equal To" and "Not Equal To"—were not functioning in MOC and ACT Form Fields Reports. Filters like "Contains," "In List," and "Not In List" were returning blank results.
• When changing the due date of an MOC Action Item did not update the date comments with the most recent changes.

• The "Take Test Now" link is automatically added to DOC/PRC type training items in the LMS.

Contractor Safety Management (CSM)

• Document Requirements responsible by the Contractor Company no longer require an upload by each contractor individually. Rather, a Contractor Admin can now upload a company's policy document for the whole company.

Mobile App

• Users can now upload non-image attachments, including PDF and DOC file types, within the Mobile App. 

Bug Fixes

Learning Management System (LMS)

• Resolved an issue where the time was no longer displaying in the "Date Completed" column within the Records tab of the LMS module. The full date and time are now correctly shown.
• Corrected a 404 error on the "Take Test Now" page when a style was applied to a lesson. This issue occurred only on the final page, while the styling was intact on all other slides. 
• Corrected an issue where users were unable to upload .docx files to DOC Training Items in the LMS. The platform now accepts .docx file types again, aligning with previous capabilities.

Management of Change (MOC)

• Inactivated users were still receiving system-generated emails for "MOC Approved for Startup." Inactive users will no longer receive these notifications.
• Users were unable to select or edit a "Ref Code" when prompted to create a Management of Change (MOC) from an Implementation task. 
• Action Items created in the MOC module were incorrectly moving to the "Inbox" status, regardless of the "Assign In Stage" option selected during creation.
• Action Items were being displayed to users even before the MOC moved to the "Startup" stage. Now, Action Items will only display at the correct stage as intended.
• Resolved an issue where the "MOC Stage" field under attachments was displaying as blank in the MOC module.

Action Item Tracking (ACT)

• No error message was displayed when trying to import PHA Action Items with an "Assigned To" field that didn't match any user's full name. The system now shows an error message, preventing the import and improving user guidance.
• Fixed a bug that prevented instant email notifications for Action Items, not Events, from being sent.
