OSHA Report Exporting

OSHA Report Exporting allows mapping of Event Form fields to OSHA 300/301 report fields and export Event data for submission. This feature simplifies compliance reporting by generating a CSV that meets OSHA requirements.

OSHA Tab in Event Forms

A new OSHA tab has been added to Event Forms. This tab allows administrators to map Event Form fields to OSHA fields for reporting.

Mapping Table Features

  • Clicking the OSHA tab opens a field mapping table.
  • Event Form fields display their Report Label in the dropdown for mapping.
  • The top header includes action buttons and displays a count of mapped fields as you work.
  • Each OSHA field includes a tooltip showing the supported data type(s).
  • A Status column indicates whether each field is properly mapped.

Some OSHA fields require additional mapping for dropdown or radio button selections:

  • Fields that require this will display “Additional Mapping Needed”.
  • Clicking this will open a window to map each selection to the appropriate OSHA value.
  • Once completed, the status will update to “Additional Fields Mapped” with a checkmark.

Automatic Mapping

  • Event Form fields that match OSHA fields and have the correct data type will automatically populate.
  • Fields with matching names but incorrect data types will not auto-populate.

Buttons

  • Clear All – Clears all mappings.
  • Save – Saves mappings.

Forms must be properly mapped to appear in OSHA reports.
