Meet Corey! Your Frontline AI Chatbot (BETA)

We've added a new AI chatbot, Corey, to help you find answers faster while working in Frontline.

 What is Corey?

Corey is an AI chatbot powered by Expertise AI and connected directly to our knowledge base. Corey is here to answer your questions about Frontline and how to use the site, a quick way to get information in the moment.

 Corey is currently in BETA. We're still fine-tuning the experience, so responses may continue to improve over time. Your patience and feedback are appreciated. 

 What Corey can help with

  • Answering questions about Frontline features and functionality
  • Explaining how to navigate and use the site
  • Describing how a process or tool works

 What Corey cannot do

Corey answers questions. It does not complete work for you. Specifically, Corey cannot:

  • Access your account or organization's data
  • Answer questions about your activity or analyze your data
  • Complete tasks on your behalf, such as taking training, deleting requirements, or adding approvers

 For anything that involves your specific data or completing an action, you'll still handle that directly in Frontline. 

 Submitting a support ticket

Administrators: If Corey can't answer your question, you can submit a support ticket directly through the chatbot. Your ticket will follow our normal support process and be responded to as usual.

End-users: For questions Corey can't answer, please reach out to your organization's administrators for assistance.
