Your Frontline AI Chatbot (BETA) ## We've added a new AI chatbot, Corey, to help you find answers faster while working in Frontline. ### **What is Corey?** Corey is an AI-powered chatbot connected directly to the Frontline knowledge base. Corey is designed to answer your questions about Frontline features and functionality in the moment, without having to search through documentation or wait for support. **Note:** Corey is currently in **BETA**. Responses may continue to improve over time as we fine-tune the experience. Your patience and feedback are appreciated. --- ### **How to Access Corey** Corey is available from anywhere in Frontline. Look for the **chat icon** in the top navigation bar on the right side of the screen. Clicking it opens the **Frontline BETA** panel on the right side of your screen, where you can type your question directly into the **"Type your question..."** field at the bottom of the panel. If you prefer to speak your question instead of typing it, click the **Talk to Corey** button to use your microphone to converse your question directly.  ---   ### **What Corey Can Help With** - Answering questions about Frontline features and functionality. - Explaining how to navigate and use the site. - Describing how a process or tool works. --- ### **What Corey Cannot Do** Corey answers questions, but it does not complete work on your behalf. Specifically, Corey cannot: - Access your account or organization's data. - Answer questions about your activity or analyze your data. - Complete tasks on your behalf, such as taking training, deleting requirements, or adding approvers. For anything that involves your specific data or completing an action in Frontline, you'll handle that directly in the system. --- ### **Getting Additional Help** **Administrators:** If Corey can't answer your question, you can submit a support ticket directly through the chatbot.
