There are four important role players within the CSM module. Each role has its own set of responsibilities and access to ensure the Contractors coming on site have what they need to complete the job.
CSM Account Roles:
EHS or Owner Company and Administrator
This is the company the Contractors will show up on-site to complete work. They will first sign into their site, client.fldata.com, and navigate to CSM tool.
They will be responsible for inviting Contractor companies to the tool and creating training/skillsets for the Contractor Administrators to assign. Once the training content has been created and Contractor Companies have been invited, they will need to be communicating to Contractor Companies (outside of Frontline) what training needs to be assigned to the resource(s).
EHS or Owner Company Check-In User
A Check-In User's main role is to confirm their account, and check-in Contractors as they come on-site. To learn more about the check-in process, see the CSM EHS User Check-In Process article.
Contractor Company Administrator
Contractor Company Administrator's main role will be assigning training, that the EHS Owner company creates, to their Contractors. They will first receive an invite sign into their site, either safetyanywhere.fldata.com or contractors.fldata.com, from the EHS Administrators. From there, they will need to confirm their account and invite users (Contractor resources) that will be sent to the EHS/Owners location.
After the contractor resources receive and invite, the Contractor Company Administrator will need to receive communication (outside of Frontline) regarding which training the resources need to complete. Once they receive that communication, Contractor Administrators can assign Skillsets and Trainings items for the recourses to take. As they are assigning out the training content, the Contractor Administrators will pay for the training.
Contractor Resource
Contractors Resource's main role will be to complete the training and upload required documents the Contractor Administrator has assigned to them and display their ID # or QR code upon check in. They will first receive an invite sign into their site, either safetyanywhere.fldata.com or contractors.fldata.com, from the Contractor Administrators.
