As a Contractor Administrator it is your responsibility to upload the photos for your Contractors coming on site or to put that power in their hands.
If you allow Contractors to upload their own photos your responsibility will change to approving the photos Within the CSM tool you have the Administrator Upload or User Upload options by changing the photo approval workflow.
How to change the Photo Approval workflow
- Select your username in the top right.
- In the drop down select Photo Approval Workflow
- As a result you have two options:
- Select the desired option. It will have a checkmark in the top left corner and the tile is blue.
- Select Save.
How to Approve Photos
The below steps will be relevant for the User Upload workflow after a user has uploaded their own image while confirming their account.
- On the Contractor Administrators desktop, if there are unapproved photos waiting for review, they will appear here:
- Select anywhere in that box.
- This screen will display all photos awaiting review.
- On the far right you can choose to Approve or Decline the new profile picture.

How to Upload photos for your new Contractors
The below steps will be relevant for the Administrator Upload workflow after a user has confirmed their account.
- On the Contractor Administrators desktop, if there are users who need photos added, they will appear here:
- Select anywhere in that box.
- This screen will display all photos awaiting review.
- On the far right select, Select Files...
- Once you have opened your photo, select Upload.
Once the photo has been uploaded, you can begin to assign training.
