[CSM Contractor Administrators](https://help.fldata.com/kb/contractor-safety-management-csm?hsLang=en#csm-contractor-administrators) # Photo Approval and Management ## As a Contractor Administrator it is your responsibility to upload the photos for your Contractors coming on site or to put that power in their hands. If you allow Contractors to upload their own photos your responsibility will change to approving the photos Within the CSM tool you have the **Administrator Upload** or **User Upload** options by changing the photo approval workflow.  ### **How to change the Photo Approval workflow** 1. Select your username in the top right. 2. In the drop down select **Photo Approval Workflow** 3. It will have a checkmark in the top left corner and the tile is blue. 5. Select **Save.** ### **How to Approve Photos** The below steps will be relevant for the User Upload workflow after a user has uploaded their own image while confirming their account. 1. On the Contractor Administrators desktop, if there are unapproved photos waiting for review, they will appear here: 1. ![](https://app.na3.teamsupport.com/dc/1/Attachments/00b27057-9349-417c-9e38-fee7f51a0551) 2. Select anywhere in that box. 3. This screen will display all photos awaiting review. 4. On the far right you can choose to **Approve** or **Decline** the new profile picture. *To learn more about how Contractors can change their existing photo, see the CSM How to update your profile picture article.* ### **How to Upload photos for your new Contractors** The below steps will be relevant for the Administrator Upload workflow after a user has confirmed their account. 1. Select anywhere in that box. 3. This screen will display all photos awaiting review. 4. On the far right select, **Select Files...** 5.
