      Accessing your QR code

      As a Contractor you can present your QA code from your mobile device upon arrival on site. This will allow the EHS check-in user to scan you in and review your training/document requirements.

      The check-in user may inform that you have outstanding training or expired documents that require your attention.

      To access your QR code from your phone, follow the below steps:

      1. Install the free "Frontline EHS" app from your devices' store.
      2. Select Login Here below Next.
      3. Once logged in, select the tab in the top right corner to bring up the settings:
      4. Select My Profile
        1. Your profile will display your QR code as well as your contractor ID which can also be provided at check-in.
