Action Items Dashboard

Action Item dashboard provides a high-level view of item status, priorities, and due dates, with interactive charts for deeper exploration.

Below are the quick filters for Action Items in Dashboard:

  • Company: Select an organization from the list to filter dashboard data. Only those you have permissions for will appear in the dropdown.
  • Division: Select an option from the list to filter the displayed information by a division.
  • Account:  Select an option from the list to filter the dashboard data by an account.
  • Date: Select the date range by year of information you are looking for.
    • Custom Range: This option will allow you to filter by a select range of dates.
  • Users: Select one or more users to filter the dashboard data (availability depends on your role and permissions).
  • Myself: Filter option limits dashboard data to records associated with the currently logged-in user.

Below are the KPI dashboard statistics:

  • Inbox: Number of Action Items located in the ACT > Action Items > In Process Folder with a status = inbox.
  • Completed: Number of Action Items that are in your ACT > Action Items > Completed folder.
  • Awaiting Verification: Number of action items that have been sent for verification and are on the verifier's desktop.
  • Overdue: Number of Action items that are past the due date in your ACT > Action Items > In Process folder.

Below are the charts that will be displayed when viewing the ACT dashboard with the Company quick filter applied.

Charts Displayed at the Company Level (Default View)

  •  Due Date Tracking by Division
    • This chart will display the number of action items which are Ontime vs Overdue organized by division. By hovering over the respective division, the data will be formatted as [Division: Number of Action Items].

This can be filtered by division if desired.

  • Action Items by Type (Event, MOC, Ad Hoc, etc.)
    • This chart will display the number of action items submitted by type/source. By hovering over the respective type, the data will be formatted as [Type: Number of Action Items].

This can be filtered by Type if desired.

  • Action Items by Status
    • This chart will display the number of action items in a current status. By hovering over the respective status, the data will be formatted as [Status: Number of Action Items].

This can be filtered by Status if desired.

  • Action Items by Ref Code per Division
    • This chart displays the total number of Action Items grouped by Ref Code. Hovering over a Ref Code will show the data in the format: [Ref Code: Number of Action Items].

Default view: Displays the total number of Action Items per Ref Code:

Drill-down view: Click a Ref Code to view Action Items grouped by Division:

This can be filtered by Ref Code per Division if desired.

  • Action Items by Priority per Division
    • This chart displays the number of action items submitted for each Priority. Hovering over a Priority will display the data in the format: [Priority: Number of Action Items].

Default view: Displays the total number of Action Items grouped by Priority:

Drill-down view: Click a Priority to view Action Items grouped by Division for the selected Priority:

This can be filtered by Priorities if desired. 

  • Action Items by Category per Division
    • This chart displays the total number of Action Items per Category. Hovering over a Category will display the data in the format: [Category: Number of Action Items].

Default view: Displays the total number of Action Items per Category.

Drill-down view: Clicking a Category displays the total number of Action Items by Division for the selected Category.

This can be filtered by Category if desired.

Charts Displayed at the Division Level

  • Due Date Tracking by Month
    • This chart will display the number of action items which are Ontime vs Overdue organized by Month. By hovering over the respective Month, the data will be formatted as [Month: Number of Action Items].

  • Action Items by Ref Code per Account
    • This chart displays the total number of Action Items for each Ref Code. By hovering over the respective Ref Code, the data will be formatted as [Ref Code: Number of Action Items].

Default view: Displays the total number of Action Items per Ref Code:

Drill-down view: Click a Ref Code to view Action Items grouped by Account for the selected Ref Code:

This can be filtered by Ref Code if desired.

  • Action Items by Category per Account
    • This chart displays the total number of Action Items per Category. By hovering over the respective Category, the data will be formatted as [Category: Number of Action Items].

Default view: Displays the total number of Action Items for each Category:

Drill-down view: Click a Category bar to view Action Items grouped by Account for the selected Category:
